Senior executives and members of a 19 member cruise lines of the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA, in English) They have confirmed their participation in the conclave, where the country will seek to establish itself as a leader in the cruise industry in the Caribbean.
The sessions will begin with the signing of memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic and the FCCA with the presence of the minister of that portfolio, Francisco Javier García Fernández, and other government officials and representatives of the shipping industry and tourism in the country. The meeting of the cruise industry will welcome the 200 FCCA Platinum members of which include executives from shipping lines, ports and representatives of governmental entities linked to the tourism sector in partner countries.
